MEGA SLOW... Have never experienced anything as slow as ETRADe. It can take you up to 10 minutes to place a trade, often you get "timed out". If the same happens to you, complain as much as you can. DATEK and AMERITRADE are much fast, especially DATEK is real fast. ETRADE should be ashamed of their poor service. You even have to count up yourself you "buying power". Imagine this: sitting in from of your screen with a calculator, trying to figure out how much buying power you might have left! And if you haven't got enough, you don't get an error message, no, it just all disappears, until you sift through your lengthy transmission reports to see what might have happened. And then, you see your order "cancelled" ... of course, you never cancelled your order. This is disgraceful. With DATEK you know exactly how much buying power you've got. Complain to ETRADE as much as you can. They don't keep traders, they just spend millions on ads to get new guys who quickly close their accounts again due to poor performance. Shame on ETRADE.
