The interview was held Feb 23/98. Analyst conference call. Available through Bloomberg or Morgan Stanley in N.Y. Analyst for Morgan is Doug Cohen. They suspended construction, temporarily, so as to help
force a decision, it appears to have helped because the sentiment is
looking like this week. Thank you.
