Based on fundamentals I believe that the stock price is still significantly undervalued. It appears that stocks fluctuate around their fundamental values. As far as timing is concerned, I am not good at predicting when a stock will go up (or down). I do not believe much in techinical anlysis such as momentum, break points, etc, but that could be part of my problem with timing. Technical analysis is supposed to predict when a stock goes up. All brokerage companies use a combination of techical and fundamental anlysis. I still have a hard time understanding why a technical "elf" will sometimes buy a stock only after it goes up in value. How many people wait for a sale to end before making consumer purchases?

Bottom line is that I think your entry price is very good but would have been even better at 5/8.

As far as buyout rumors is concerned there have been a number in the last year Oracle, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, and the latest on the Yahoo thread (drum roll please) .... IONA. Insiders own enough of the stock to make a hostile takeover difficult.
