Joey; From what I see the yield is a closely guarded secret. There might be rumors of 70%, but some(Paul) say impossible, and others say quite doable.(Petz) If the classic low yields were due to some huge yield problem instaed of a sea of mites, then they could jump from 25% to 70% by solving that problem. In however they have crept up by gaining a 1/2% per day by fine tuning, and they have kept that quiet then they could be at 70%, thus explaining the wide availability of the product??, and Intels pre-emptive price cuts are a counter move as their espionage tells tham that and they act to kill AMD.
