Riley and all: So, there you have it. The news is out and I believe it is very good news indeed! Shares from two people in management will go toward the merger. Excellent, as I do not see any serious dilution of shares here. We can live with 14 million. This stock should move up nicely from here, in my opinion. Cal Motorcycle has a nice plant at Gilroy. This gives them access to equity financing. Assets at American Image, including the great name, comes with it. The American Image name can be applied to new models. Also, there are other sources of income that they may inherit as well. What are your comments? Lee
