[ORBI] contracts to provide theater missile defense target services to the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command in support of the BMDO's Consolidated Targets Program. Orbital received $1.1 billion, Coleman $959 million, and Lockheed Martin $880 million. Twenty-two bids solicited, 3 bids received, 3 contracts awarded.
