Greg - If there was a "sell off" in Dell today, then there was also a buy on since for every seller there is a buyer. There was just as much buying of Dell shares today as there was selling. Therefore, it's not clear to me why you would use the term sell off, which seems arbitrarily to draw attention to merely a portion of today's traders -- unless it is to use the term euphemistically for price reduction. You wouldn't do that now would you?

Regards,
Geoff
