This is as valid as saying "Zip drive failure due to inserting a wedge into the drive with a hammer isn't pertinent, because the drives and disks fail even with Iomega brand disks." The failure rate of Iomega's drives with Iomega brand disks versus Nomai disks are orders of magnitude apart.

One more thing, computer disks are spelled with a "k".
