Seems there is waning interest on this thread. Perhaps I will try a small jumpstart.
I am a brand new member of SI but have been following various threads for months. So hello to all those who have spent time posting valuable information to this and other threads.

Now, as to SEEC. I first bought SEEC about a month or so ago at 20. I have watched the thing drift slowly downward on minimal volume for this period of time. I decided to buy some more this morning at 17 1/8 in the hope that this quiet time would soon end. Anyone think I made a good move buying more?
