John: I agree..but the TRUTH is: If it were not for the DEC merger, we would have been at $40 right now. Thats for sure. CPQ hit 32 5/8 on the day they announced earnings. DELL was at 90 then. DELL-CPQ divergence happened purely due to DEC merger. Since DELL moved from 90 to 140, CPQ would have easily moved from 32 to 40. Guaranteed. Right now the doubting Toms are careful in throwing their money at CPQ. Once the merger plans are announced and EP is vision is clearly seen, we are due for a take off to 50.
