Hi Preston. Yeah the number of broad sectors above 50% bothers me. So does the market price/book ratio being near a five year high.
You can't beat Value Line for FA. Tom's full service sounds expensive, but it could be worth it for traders. I like to hold a stock for two or three months. Lets keep our eyes on the NYSE % bullish.
