The item below was a former post dating back to December 1997. 144 Sale filed Concord Energy 172,064 Unknown Shareholders (2) the price when filed was 1.38 insidertrader.com This one I just found today listed for January 1998 Concord Energy 33,786 @ 1.30 4- N,U,N,N Total Sell off 205,850 shares... Why? This can be verified at the above site as well. I do not have a subscription so that is the reason I did not post them earlier. This is a good source of information but it is stale unless you subscribe. Question: Why, if things are going so well and the company is prospering is the shares being sold off by insiders? Anyone, who has any information would you please share it by posting it. Thanks, Dusty
