Hi Andrew,
I looked at NANX for the reasons you said but forgot about them. I think I remember that they (or their competitor) also have big business as slurry for dentistry. It made me pause since I could not decide if it was good for them to be diversified or not. Can you or anyone confirm if NANX is pure play for 250 nm generation as it pertains to CMP?
