Quotecom after hours shows the last trade at 5 1/8 at 4:01 PM. Usually, the trading continues beyond 4:01. I suspect that the stock will not open at 9:30 as there will most likely be an order imbalance. The specialist(s) will have to figure out at what price the buyers will meet the sellers.

But, what I don't understand is how 1.6 million shares traded a few days ago, without any price drop. It seems that buyers were willing to pay 5 1/16 in spite of any news. Does the street feel the stock is worth $5 and it will return to $5 shortly after tomorrows panic?
