BAAT is represented ably by a team of high powered patent attorneys from Sanfrancisco with regard to issues pertaining to Patent filing and dealing with SEC. Some of the their recent recommendations to BAT are: a) DO NOT HAND OVER ANY INFO regarding Dolphin Pulse charge technology to SEC. Cocoa Cola did not have to hand-over their secret formula to success to anyone then why BAT so asks their attorneys. b) Forget the provisional Patent filing stuff. Let's go for the full filing. Will happen in two weeks. Apparently SEC does not seem to have any problems with not handing over the info regarding pulse charge technology. If required this info will be turned over to SEC after filling of full patent.SEC investigation should turn shortly to the MM"s who manipulated the stock . Expect a press release either Friday or early next week regarding filing of audited financial report of the company. Finally, Bill Wason is expected back from Europe this Thursday. Let's hope he is returning home with at least one signed contract.
