If this was an attempt at character assassination, would it not be better to speak about the breast enlargements offered up as a bonus???
Convenient that you just happened to let by the fact that in the passing mention of Robert Fung by the article you left out a very important detail....how about this line that you just happened to miss, I guess??,....."Bob Fung, a man who single handedly landed big corporate finance business and who personifies the old Gordon".................hmmm guess the other one must have sounded better to you??
Bob Fung was never really involved with the day to day operations of Gordon, it was a base to operate from in North America, and the rest of the world, mostly Asia, he had a title of Vice Chairman, but he was the hustler and the do'er of the deal.
Did you happen to see what other job he was just named to, it was in the Sat, edition of the Financial Post, if you were to look back a few posts, there is one that I made to Alex, and I posted it there, seems to be he will be helping to oversee $29 billion in export business....wonder why they want Fung???
You wouldn't hear much about Fung in that article because he basically a very private individual.
Oh I almost forgot, when he announced he was officially leaving Gordon Cap, last year, there was a printed farewell in the Financial Post from Gordon Cap, wishing Robert Fung all the best and thanks for the service, and also not to forget his friends at Gordon in any future business endeavours..........................hmm wonder why??.....so in other words don't forget to share with us maybe??
