There is a report on ham radio {it's kosher} that Marv Albert has petitioned the intellectual property branch of the Court of Appeals to abrogate the ownership of the above captioned motto by the estate of Count Dracula on the basis that the trademark exemption has expired & Mr. Albert seeks sole ownership of the motto.
