In reading your message I was wondering what does HealthMed get if they take over Lidak. It isn't as if Lidak were a large company with several noted researchers and several products in the pipeline ready to make money. As I understand, Dr. Katz is the brains behind this company and if he leaves for some reason anyone who took over Lidak would be left with one item, LIDACOL. True this item might make some money but, at this point it is hard to understand why one would want to takeover LIDAK for 30 to 100 million given that the company has never made any money and there is only one primary researcher in the company.
