I have been posting during the day. As for #4 FAMH, that is a pure
momentum play and just wait until tomorrow on that hot little number. As
for my pride and joy, LAAQ, here is the news we are expecting:

First of all I thank all the loyal LAAQ(the company) shareholders for
sticking with the company through tough times. Nobody
is more depressed and has more to lose with the issue price of the stock
than I. I fully believe the company has been unfairly
targeted by unfriendly traders and manipulators. However, through the
upcoming announcements I believe that many of the problems will
be solved and the shareholders will be rewarded generously. Not much can
be divulged at this point, but I can say that the As
Seen on TV company owned and franchise program is growing much faster
than anticipated. The company anticipated 450 franchised
and 35 company owned kiosks and stores by mid 1999, but due to extremely
great interest and demand, that number should be met by
by mid 1998. With average kiosk/store revenues of approx. $5,000/week,
the $260,000/year figure is in line with hopes. The
company is looking forward to announcing profitable 1997 financials
early next week and expects to be fully reporting in 1998. A
full NASDAQ listing is also anticipated in mid 1998. Other notes of
shareholder interest are two additional aquisitions in the
works, as well as finalizing a mutually beneficial deal with a major,
nationwide corporation. These developments should take place
over the coming weeks and months.
I once again thank all the loyal shareholders for their patience and
understanding while the company struggled through growing pains. We are
now happily in a position to reap the benefits.
