Increasing negative vol., plunging through the 50 day moving average, stcohastics making a top when looking at it on three day scale. Money stream has gone negative (more money leaving then going in) General market reversal due to long bond rates going over 6%. The DEC merger cloud. (Will it go smoothly?) Last but not least, company specific negative news concerning inventory problems. It could go down to 25 or lower. The company or a prominent analyst could stop downward trend with news to dispel the so called inventory problem, not a positive change in general market conditions. Greg
