Richard, This is the new(er) AT&T billing platform. It may be used by companies of various sizes, but is designed primarily (as was explained by an AT&T representative to me some months ago) for larger firms whose (list price) billing exceeds $1 million/yr. It is my impression that it is definitely NOT db-Express-based. The module that is db Express-comparable in function (called Analyze It) is one not listed in the URL you provided. What AT&T is doing is providing real-time management information to telecom and IT managers. The db Express Internet application provides historical P&L-oriented call data to non-technical managers throughout an enterprise. I suspect you will find (or soon to be announced) similar products from the other carriers as well. They give real time access to the carrier's network; OTOH, db Express uses historical but NOT real time data only to produce filescapes and reports. HTH, Steve
