This seems like a very good merger for UTR...yet the price fell again today. Maybe it's from worry over future earnings that the company says will be negatively impacted by a slowdown in sales of disk drives. What did they say...the next two quarters? For whatever it's worth, and this is from someone who hasn't bought in yet, I find it very admirable that UTR's management is so forthright about this. They have certainly given shareholders fair warning. This merger should help to more evenly distribute their customer dependence. Smart money that has the patience to wait for the eventual turnaround, which may come sooner than people think, will eventually find it's way to UTR. E.H.F.
