I still think that there is more to this.
Why use such a conviluted process?
Private placement cheaper and easyer.

I have not been able to find a notice of incentive opptions for the insiders over the last year.

All insiders for both companies reside in the western provinces.
It is vary likly that all the reasent privet placements are from the same area.

now the why

Allow existing insiders and plasee's to benifit and still rase the capital needed.

That leaves us with a 5.00 stock by June ( I in )
