"(3) There have been no less than 12 company-originated press releases by 3Com in the last week touting the company's products and potential." They wouldn't waste the good news now if that were the case. They'd save it for the conference call after announcing earnings to paint a rosy picture looking forward, and to nullify any poor earnings. IMO
