Carl: Just a thought on what you posted. I respect your opinion and I'm sure you have heard ad infinitum about the KRY long position on Fung. However, I found the following comments by you curious:

"I don't know the man personally, but as far
as I can tell, he has never won the Nobel peace prize or worked to end world hunger.
He's a very rich, very powerful businessman who happens to be involved with KRY at
the moment."

Personally, I could care less about what he has done for peace or hunger but I like your statement about his power and his finances. KRY does not need a Mother Theresa right now. They need a "very rich, very powerful businessman". Don't get me wrong. Charity is great. But this is an investment. And I go where money and power go. That's why your statement confused me. Sounds like you think Fung is a rather complementary fit to KRY's needs.

I would also be curious on your thoughts as to whether the co-drafter of the Venezuelan Constitution and Venezuela's premier proponent of increased sensitivity to mining environmental concerns, Tejera Paris, is also looking to just line his own pockets as President of Crystallex's newest entity, Minavenca. Thanks.
