I would tend to agree with Henry here Fugazi. I am in the software business and software for educational use (a grant often applies) is a fraction of the retail. Computer companies give massive subsides to universities to use their equipment. You can't compare the cost of a TA to a lab technician in the 'real world'. And noone ever said, I'm leaving a major pharm because some liberal arts college offered me a 4 or 5 digit increase in salary. willyb
