Paul, last to market can be good. You arrive with the best and cheapest technology = competitive advantage. Customers are trained for the product. Debt is not inherently bad. It is just another way of raising capital, though it has the disadvantage of interest rate surprises. Look on this as an extended negotiation with the FCC. Don't look on it as financial failure. If NextWave can show people a good business plan, there are billions of dollars available. It all looks good to me.
