Interesting that 401k money comes to Wall street at the beginning of the month. At month's end, the checks are in the mail. Opening the mail first 10 days of the month, creates buying by fund managers; some at 11am, some at 12 noon. Pull back is immediate, due to technical inbalance. By 3 pm, a window of opportunity exists for the bargain hunters, who again pushes DOW to new territory.
