To Re Parliamentary System Bill, I got into it real hot about a year ago re the Parliamentary System. It is the mechanism that brought Pinochet to Chile and the NDP to Canada. It might even be said that the fracture of Ross Perot brought Clinton to the US. Fortunatley two years after the arrival of Slick Willie we put Republicans in to watch him - even in the house - it was almost unbelievable. The polls say some dumb dumbs here like him but they sure don't trust him. Bob
