re mentioned dilution - Well when LTGL is now going to fill their stuff into >6500 shops there must have been/be need for huge increase in stock and production material - So may be that the shareprice went down - but for sure values in the company do not.

What is the potential for the deal - Initial stock at RS / sales over the year. I dunno - Say each shop could count for a turnover (retail) of 1000 then LTGL turnover would be around 3.3M.
If 30M shares was issued and now at .1 the price/sales - Just looking at this one deal is 1.
So I say if it is not necessary to issue another 10M shares for each 1M sales (I expect it will not be necessary) then things are very much on track. IMHO.
