Victor, it would appear your broker is correct. There does not appear to be a hard and fast rule that you are de-listed after so many days below a certain level. Given MEHL's volume, which admittedly is thin, but has shown larger swings I believe it will be listed for some time. Someone else referred to the MEHL 8-k that was posted. That was just a reaffirmation of the news announced a few weeks ago about the change in management. I'll keep posting as I hear or see new information. John
