Corporation (NASDAQ:TECD) to market and sell its new TeleVantage PC-based

software; IBM is providing the passive backplane hardware; Dialogic
Corporation is providing the voice processing boards; and the entire
TeleVantage system is being distributed through Tech Data. All four companies
are teaming together to market the solution to small- to medium-size
