You're right - fair price IS the issue.

I'm well aware of the tax preference situation re small co. shares - which goes back pre-Clinton, I believe.

Your point is based on assumptions - what are the facts?

I could just as well point you to many examples of promoters who acquired big blocks of stock just prior to taking highly touted, but actually worthless companies public, then dumped their shares into the hands of the unsuspecting buyers, and left for parts unknown, with handsome cash profits - leaving the buyers holding the bag.

BUT, I'm not suggesting that this is what happened here, ONLY that it is, in my mind, relevant to MY investment decision to know what the facts of the matter re issuance and purchase of the option are.

At present, none of us know what the facts are - or if we do, we aren't saying.

But the discussioon makes for an interesting day.
