JC2: Can you tell me more about he things you heard or read. As far as the Samsung deals concerns, both companies didn't give any details about the way Samsung will finance the order (so it's seems possible that there is a considerable risk in it for ASML). see f.e techweb.com (The hyundai "leasing" deal has still not been confirmed).
