I have been to the CCSI offices. They are in a very large townhouse on the upper east side, just down the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. They occupy the entire building, which used to house the Nigerian Embassy. (At least you got the upper east side part right.)

You appear to be deliberately misleading people in order to extricate yourself from a very poor investment decision.
