Jerry, As I indicated a number of weeks ago to Steve, it is NOT common practice in the software industry for a potential acquirer to acquire substantial amounts of stock before an acquisition is announced. You answered your own question of "why no one is accumulating the stock." The answer is in the extremely light volume. The fact of the matter is that there is very little stock available, so accumulation is virtually impossible. This was evidenced by the fact that the ask went up to 8 3/4 yesterday morning without any stock trading at the previous ask of 8 1/2. As I told Marion, just forget about CITA until a buyout is announced. y
