I appreciate your concern regarding the quality of sub prime paper, I question your knowledge. Having spent over twenty years in that industry, the majority as the principal of a finance company, I have seen many failures, and many successes. The difference is the quality of management, the quality of product, and the structure if the loan. Smart investing is not a guess, nor is it the blind following of gurus like pink, it should be a calculated risk, based on research, knowledge of position, direction, and product of a company, followed by decisive action.
