David, I second Gary's motion about Individual Investor. I have subscribed for years and have picked up stocks for my "watch list" from their reports. They like stocks with good forward momentum in sales and earnings that they feel are under-followed, undervalued, or turning around and do in-depth articles on them each month. I believe the stocks are independently chosen for inclusion, and unlike an advertorial where you would pay for the advertising, II will select who to write up. However, the idea of your own advertisement about Radica in II is a great idea, to get the name of the company in front of them; and it's no harm to send them an investor's package to see if they might like to find out more about you.
