There seems to be two trains of thought here.
1) Some shareholders believe that because barrick is entitled to the property until the year 2,000 they will not make any moves until that time. The share price seems to reflect this notion because it hasn't moved on and type of rumour, speculation or insider trading on the take over bid by Barrick. I still remember that around this time last year people were optimistic and nothing came out of it.

2) Quinn has mentioned that fireworks are in our near future. Which sounds to me like a take over bid. The price of silver is higher and the reserve size seems to have blue sky potential. I am sure Barrick doesn't want to release all the news to keep the upper hand which is logical. Here is hoping for the second train of thought.

In all honesty I believe that if we don't get a offer this month after an accumulation of information which has been withheld, then the possibilites of a offer will occur shortly before the year 2000 when they are forced to deal a hand.
