I'm also below 20 but I'm not comfortable increasing my position. Don't want too many eggs in one basket. Not only that, I'm into other telecoms also. I saw somewhere that someone said that RBOC's wouldn't get into long distance till 99. If true, what effect will that have on us ? ac
