Sorry to disappoint, but I have absolutely never sued anyone or any company. I think I'll have to ask you to retract that statement of yours. It is mildly libelous. The closest I have come to any lawsuit was when I held a relatively small amount of GPTA, and there happened to be a shareholder's suit. A few hundred bucks in cash and stock showed up in the mail, as part of the class action. But, you could push me closer. Why don't you (BPP) stop hiding behind this "Bipin's partner" thing and tell us your real name? What are you afraid of? I happen to believe ORCL will once again become a teenager. I believe a few analysts believe this too. A managing director at a big NY firm just told me he also thinks ORCL missed it - and I just got info from another analyst, too. your choice.
