Hi Dwight..About Insiders Trading I get the insider trading information from Telescan where "Vickers Insider Report" provides all the details. There are not any insider activities since July 96. As I indicated before, insiders have been acummulating the stock since March 96, and the company bought about 10% of the outstanding shares over the last 9 months, but the stock keeps going down, go figure. If anyone understands this puzzle, let me know, because I don't. Regards Salah
