Not at all, I enjoy presenting the other side. My reward is knowing I have save people like you from yourself. I ask nothing for my service and I expect no thanks.

With that said, I've been thinking about BAT. I've called and talked to them recently, and frankly, BAT doesn't have the critical mass to become the 100 million dollar company you want it to be.

Further more, they seem to sill have their neck bowed against the SEC. There is a lot of financial ground work they have to lay before they can grow BAT and their present attitude is their own worst enemy.

Another thing, there relationship to zinc-air, other than a minority interest in that other company, is not that clear. I sincerely doubt they can deliver anything to Skoda Elcar on zinc-air and that was the meat of their letter of intent.

I know this just makes your day, but these are things you need to be thinking about. And if you don't want to come up with these ideas, rest assured someone else will.

It's important to know BAT has not filed its patent. I appreciate that. Seems I've tried to keep some for jumping to that conclusion in their weak attempt to bull shit price higher. No thanks expected and no thanks gotten. See I know how to read you folks.

Second, did BAT say where they were going to file their financials and where they can be viewed; ie, Edgar online of their web site?
