could flourish. The auto-racing league is selling 4.5
million shares in an offering led by Jefferies & Co. Pricing
range is between $14 and $16 a share.
"This is an Indy-racing league that's comprised of all of
the really well-known drivers here in the U.S.," said Ryan
Jacob, director of research at IPO Value Monitor.
