***OT***Dave, I can't find anything of substance in your post. You speak of "cracks", the "tip of the iceberg", and "hinting of problems". What are the negatives, what problems are they hinting of? You also state "Maybe CPQ wanted to nail up the deal before negative news started to make it out on the street and drove CPQ's stock further down." Once again, pure speculation on your part with nothing to back it up. You state that "there can't be much profit in sub $1000 pcs." It's obvious you're guessing here. Compaq's margins continue to increase. I could go on and on through the rest of your post, but I will leave it at "Where are the facts?" At least do a little research before you spew out your unsubstantiated speculation.
