Hi Dale,

Trying to figure this thing out. There is no way the rights will be exercised if the stock is trading below the exercise price. So, the question is how will they get the share value above the exercise price of the rights.

If they remain Tighthole for all of March 1998 BEA will probably drift down in price. They have to come out with something positive or this entire exercise was a waste of time.

I did speak with Pam, IR of BEA-STF today. Comments about land up for sale on March 4,1998 were taken out of context. What she said is the land up for sale tomorrow is outside there area of interest but it may not be outside the area of interest of their partners. This suggests two things, one is they have an area of interest, two their partners may have other areas of interest.

Based on my analysis of the information available, I suspect land will be purchased tomorrow, in names other then those we have come to recognize (involved in this play).I suspect they will release information to this effect along with an exploration plan. This is all strictly my opinion.

Time will tell.
