ORCL Upgraded/ by SoundView Financial. NEW YORK, March 3 (Reuters) - SoundView Financial Group said on Tuesday it raised its short-term rating on shares of Oracle Corp to buy from hold while keeping its long-term hold rating on the stock. -- Raised fiscal 1998 earnings estimate to $0.92 per share from $0.88 per share and 1999 estimate to $1.10 per share from $1.08 per share. ORCL up today even with the downward pressure on the other blue chip techs. This is real good. Do you think someone knows ORCL will post strong earning results for Q3.
