Clayleas:

I do not understand your position about Mr. Pink deliberately misleading anyone. Is it because he refered to what you call a townhouse as an apartment ?

I for one have closed out my short position on this stock - not because I believe it is worth anywhere near its valuation but because I am unsure of how high it can be touted. When the news is out will be the time to re-establish a short or drop my following this stock for good.

As a value investor, I look for companies which can justify my buying a stake in them - ie tangible items such as earnings, revenue growth, book value etc. As far as projecting the future, I have discovered (painfully at times) that if you want to see where a company is going, look at its past track record. Yes I will miss some great opportunities, but I feel I will miss more of the great disappointments with this approach.

So for now, I anxiously await the announcment of the CCSI deal. Depending on what it says and who it is with, I either short on the announcement or just quit following the stock all together. No way do I go long on a stock like this with the current management and revenue record.
