re: legal action. 99% of the time, class action law suits have only one winner--the lawyers, and two losers--the company and its shareholders. Any law suit would most likely result in more shares being issued to those shareholders who owned it during a certain period in which there was malfeasance. The problem is, it's dilutive to the shareholders, and the attorneys walk away with newly issued shares. Further, it continues to be a drag on the company.

Now, the only real action that would be satisfying--if there were illegalities--would be to see the CEO squirm in jail. Sure sounds like he was cooking the books.
