Geof, I think Rgus is right, you should all read the S-3 since it's available now on Edgar. I have been trying to read it and it's no picnic. However, what Greenberg describes is perfectly legal under Reg-S and commonly practiced though usually as part of off-shore offerings.

If you go and read the filing, you would realize how 'nicely' Soros is really covered from ANY downside risk. Techie
